Group Tickets

Thank you for inquiring about the group discount for The Forgotten Carols.  We appreciate your efforts to bring a group to see the show this season!  Following are steps that will make it easier to navigate the ticketing system for your group purchase including the discount code.

If you are purchasing at least 10 tickets in one order, the group discount code for use in Eventbrite for the 2019 tour is 10orMore.

If you are purchasing from the box offices at the UCCU Center in Orem, the Dee Events Center in Ogden, the Cox Auditorium in St. George, the Gammage Auditorium in Tempe, or Centennial Hall in Tucson, those box offices are already set up for the group discount. If you have issues with your ticket purchase in any of these cities, you will need to contact those box offices directly.  The discount code provided here is NOT useful at the box offices.  Your purchase of 10 or more tickets will automatically get you the discount there.




If you need help in the seat selection and/or purchasing process, please refer to the detailed steps below.




In order to receive the group discount:

  1. You must be purchasing 10 or more tickets in ONE order.
  2. Go to
  3. Find the show date and time that you wish to attend.  Be aware that there are sometimes 2 shows on the same day, so please be certain you are choosing the correct day and time.
  4. Click on that show's ticketing link.  This link will take you to the ticketing page for that day and time.
  5. Once there, click the "Tickets" button.
  6. A box will pop up that allows you to "Select Tickets." At the top left of the box, you can Enter the promo code.  Click on that and type in 10orMore.  The site will now show the discounted price on all eligible tickets.  Note: The group discount is only eligible on regular priced tickets and can not be used on any tickets that are already discounted (i.e. partially limited view seats, upper balcony - side sections, etc.)
  7. Then Click on the “Buy on Map” button under the map on the right hand side of the dialogue box.  You do NOT need to input the number of tickets at this point.  Just click “Buy on Map” to be able to select the quantity of tickets, the location you prefer, and the price level you desire. 
  8. Clicking the “Buy on Map” button will take you into the seat map where you will be able to select your seats. (Note: Eventbrite seat maps can get hung up at this step when working in Firefox or on the mobile app.  If you have issues and are using Firefox or the mobile app, please try logging in with a different device and/or search engine.)
  9. Once in the seat map, you may begin clicking on the seats that you need until you reach the desired number of seats for your group.  Then, proceed with your transaction. You will be able to see the system add these seats to a list on the right side of the screen. This same menu will also show you the total number and total cost of the seats.  (Note that the Subtotal reflects the 15% discount AND since you are able to choose seats in any section be sure that you pay attention to the cost of the seats by reading the menu on the right. If you stay with seats of the same colored dot, the price will not change.)  You can use the Zoom function on your keyboard to zoom in and out on the map and use your mouse to click on each seat.   
  10. Once you have the correct number of seats for your order, as viewed in the menu on the right, click the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the box.
  11. This will take you to the payment page.
