What times do the doors open?
Doors into the auditorium will open 30 minutes prior to showtime. Doors to the lobby, the box office and merchandise sales will open 1 hour prior to showtime.
How Long is the show?
2 hours and 20 minutes with intermission.
Can I bring my nursing baby or young child to the show?
The Forgotten Carols is recommended for ages 5 and older. Everyone 2 and older must have a ticket.
No child under 2 years old and no babes-in-arms will be admitted. To be courteous to other audience members, if your child is causing any disturbance please exit the theater.
Will Michael McLean be signing after the show?
Yes, Michael McLean will be available after most shows to greet fans and sign merchandise. He will not be available after matinee performances that start at 4:00pm.
Do you have ASL interpreters for any of The Forgotten Carols shows?
In some venues, we can arrange ASL interpreters upon request. In Utah those arenas include, the Dee Events Center in Ogden, the UCCU Center in Orem, and in Cottonwood High School in SLC (on Dec. 21 only) we can arrange for ASL interpreters upon request.
Please submit requests at least 2 weeks in advance. After that time, we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate the request. For shows in venues that run more than one day, we will only select one show at which we will offer an interpreter. Please contact us at email@example.com BEFORE purchasing your tickets to be certain we can offer interpreters for the show you wish to attend.
Do you offer hearing assistance devices at any Forgotten Carols shows?
No, we do not offer these devices.
If I cannot use my ticket, can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds on ticket purchases. Please be sure you are purchasing the correct number of tickets for the correct date and time before checking out.
If a show is cancelled by the artist due to illness or inclement weather, you will receive a refund for your ticket purchase. If the show runs but you choose not to attend because of weather conditions, you will not receive a refund. Note that shows are very rarely cancelled.
Are there discounts available for children, military, or seniors?
We do not generally offer these discounts. In some cities, we may offer a youth, HS or University student discount. The student discount is redeemed at the box office with a valid school ID. Call the box office for details.
For the following arena performances in Ogden, UT and Orem, UT we will offer a youth ticket at $12 in any section (Youth is defined as 12 and younger. These tickets must include an adult priced ticket with the purchase. ) There will also be a Student ticket price of $15 in any section. (Student is defined as 13 thru college, with a valid Student I.D.)
Are there group discounts for The Forgotten Carols?
Yes, new in 2017, we have increased the group discount rate to 15% off the entire order when a patron purchases 10 tickets for the same show in one online order.
For purchases made through Eventbrite, please contact the event organizer at firstname.lastname@example.org for the discount code BEFORE you process your online order on Eventbrite. This would be for patrons in Idaho Falls, ID; Burley, ID; Richfield, UT; Logan, UT and Salt Lake City, UT.
If you are purchasing tickets directly through the venue (this would be patrons in Spokane, WA; Ogden, UT; St. George, UT; Richardson, TX; Midland, TX; Tempe, AZ and Orem, UT), please contact the venue's box office to receive this discount. (Note that the online ticketing site for the ASU Gammage performance limits the number of tickets you can purchase to 9 per household. In order to get the group discount, which they will honor, you must call the ASU Gammage box office directly.)
Will Forgotten Carols merchandise be available at the performance?
Yes, tour exclusive merchandise and selected Forgotten Carols items will be available before the show, during intermission and after the show. Note that lines are shorter before the show and the lobby opens 1 hour prior to the show start time.
